The man behind menswear label Mai Atafo Inspired is one of the top designers in the country. He can arguably be called the Nigerian Tom Ford as he is known to create the most fantastic suit pieces for men and more recently woman as well.

The married designer is an Edo man and was not always in the fashion industry. He used to work at British American Tobacco before he decided to pursue a career in bespoke fashion. Mai released a new branch of his fashion empire called Weddings by Mai.

Mai Atafo is the number one name in suits in Nigeria and all the celebrities love to be dressed by him. Banky W, Praiz, IK Osakioduwa, Mo'Cheddah, Tiwa Savage and more recently he dressed Lala Akindoju as she was the best man at actor OC Ukeje's wedding last weekend.

When Mai steps out, you just know that he will be looking absolutely stunning.
