The former 'Gossip Girl' star shared a silly Instagram quip about her beau on Tuesday, April 28 that read:
"Studies show that if you are scared of spiders, you are more likely to find one in your bedroom. ...I'm afraid of Ryan Reynolds."
The message was posted with two sexy shirtless pics of the 'Green Lantern' actor that racked up nearly 200,000 likes by the morning of April 29.

This isn't the first time Lively has made a joke about Reynolds, 38, on her Instagram. On April 4th, she also joked about how cozy her spouse was with his the 69-year-old Helen Mirren after they hugged on the redcarpet for the premier of 'Woman In Gold'.
She wrote, "Should I be concerned that my husband's never looked at me this way?"
