Reports of an explosion in the foyer of the U.K. concert venue came around 10:35 p.m on Monday night, May 22, 2017, following Grande's show.
Although her reps say the star was "okay" following the blast, but Manchester Police quickly confirmed that there were the dead and injuries at the scene.
Police said the explosion is being treated as a likely "terrorist incident."
