Ross seemed to be having a hard time keeping his hands off the buxom beauty that's switched up her look with a blonde and short hair do.

The 32-year-old mother-of-one stunned in a yellow figure hugging dress paired with pointy toed black stilettoes, looking smoking hot.

25-year-old Ross who was casually dressed was pictured with his hands all over Amber, and especially on her massive booty.

Despite the relationship speculations that has surrounded the pair, they are yet to make any official indication as to having a committed relationship, feeding the conclusion that they just might be having a fling.

Amber who has recently been spotted with Scott Disick on different occasions, looked to be having the time of her life.
