However, this good time might be short lived if Mercedes Benz has it's way.
While talking with Germany's 'Auto Moto und Sport', development chief, Thomas Weber, revealed that the company is working on a vehicle to battle head-to-head with Tesla.
He revealed that the electric car would be over 300 miles, with an impressive range, and luxury interiors.

With the impressive history of car manufacturing that Mercedes Benz has, Tesla should be very afraid.
For now, there is no date for this expected electric car.
