Akwa United win Federation Cup

The Akwa Ibom state government is rewarding Akwa United players and officials for winning their first Federation Cup.

"Each player will get a car for their effort in winning the Federation Cup. Also Micheal, the Golden Eaglet player who made the squad to Chile, will also be rewarded by the state government.

"The players were aware of this before they came down to Lagos for the final and I believe it really motivated them to give their best."

Congrats to them and we can't wait to see the cars.
