'I will use only made-in-Nigeria vehicles', says Minister of Science and Technology

The Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, has pledged to use only made-in-Nigeria vehicles.

The Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, has pledged to use only made-in-Nigeria vehicles.

According to the minister, this is part of his decision to reduce the consumption of foreign goods, empower Nigerians, and improve the country's economy.

He made this promise while meeting with members of the Joint Union Negotiating Council (Federal Ministry of Science& Tech. Chapter) in his office.

Dr. Onu went on to say that Nigeria will become a scientifically and technologically advanced country during the present administration.

Vanguard reports that Innoson Motors and PAN Nigeria have been listed as the minister's preferred companies.
