Luxury carmaker restores Ludacris' 1993 Legend [VIDEO]

Ludacris' love for his car, the 1993 Acura Legend, is legendary.

In fact, the vintage luxury sedan made it to the album cover of the rapper's 2015 album, the

Unfortunately, Ludacris' beloved car was severely damaged in a crash, thus, put out of commission.

However, he still hung on to it.

Luckily for him, Acura has insisted on restoring the car to it's former glory.

Dave Marek, Acura’s global creative director, spoke on the project.

“We wanted to put our own stamp on the Legend while retaining the essence of the original that has worked so hard to maintain over the years.”

The rapper/actor shared the news via instagram with the following captions.

The restored car will be put on display at this year’s SEMA show alongside the 2016 ILX.
