We have seen beyond the horizon.

We have gone beyond the horizon.

The boulevards of our stream,

We have voyaged.

The smiling flowers of our lonely junctions,

We have made friends with.

We danced to the song of sparrows

And our solace, we got in full

And the rivers’ beautiful women,

Have shown us love.

We have broken the stubborn dictates.

We have heard with our ears,

The gongs of hunched squirrels

Warning us to be vigilant.

We walked smoothly on the bushy tracks,

And the twigs pierced not our eyes

Nor did the rivers prevailed over us,

We are running forward, and forward:

That if tonight, we see the moon,

It remains what we hold, our testament

Of tomorrows’ early morning sun.
