It’s nice to see that Nigerians and the world over have taken health and fitness seriously, for whatever reason (Vanity, self confidence, long life), it is good to keep your body in tiptop shape.
Most people don’t know how your body functions affects your mind, productivity and you in general. There is a ripple effect to whatever shape your body is in.
A lot of people wake up not feeling 100% and they just attribute it to lack of sleep or a hectic previous day. Any of these may be the case but more often than not its as a result of poor physical health.
I will be posting different writes ups on what to do to stay healthy (which involves a few lifestyle changes which will be highly significant in the long run).
To get started, what you need to know is getting that desired body involves Nutrition and Exercise.

Exercise gives you strength, endurance and sculpts your body but the foundation to building that house is nutrition.
Eat right, eat clean and you will feel awesome and look great. I mean which would you prefer, struggling like a ‘cabu cabu’ or cruising like a Benz. Perfect analogy?
Next up ‘Eat Right, Feel Like A Beast’. Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither was your body.
