It attracts some of the continents most forward brand, creators, thinkers, learners and many more with attendees from across Africa and around the world, SMW Lagos explores a wide range of topics including education, business, beauty, fashion, entertainment, technology, art, banking and politics.

This year My MakeUp Nigeria teams up with Ndani TV and Bella Naija to bring in Los Angeles based beauty expert and blogger Jackie Aina of Lilpumkinpie to join equally seasoned beauty bloggers/vloggers and experts; Celebrity make-up artists; Theodora Mogo of dorannebeauty, Joyce Jacob of JoyceJacob_JJB; beauty bloggers Ezinne Alfa of BeautyinLagos and 'Dinma Umeh of ThatIgboChick and Bella Naija’s Beauty Editor, Jennifer Obiuwevbi, Beat 99.9 FM OAP, Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi who will be discussing future trends in the Nigerian beauty industry on Friday, February 21st, 2014 at the SMWmaceHub, Terra Kulture Tiamiyu Savage, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The event is hosted by Bukky Kinoshi and Temitayo Sojebe, Co-Founders of My Makeup & Co who will join the panel to tackle how Nigerian social media stars are redefining beauty and determining trends while promoting self-acceptance, while exploring how content curators can determine trends on social media while incorporating tradition and culture!

The beauty discussion continues on Saturday, February 22nd at 12pm at White Space, 58 Raymond Njoku, Ikoyi with Jackie Aina at a full-face makeup demo class where attendees will learn every thing on flawless foundation techniques to highlight/contour and more with Jackie also dishing on how to use social media to expand brands
